System Administrator Level 2

We offer cyber and network security, IT consultation, cloud computing, server/network support, and hardware support.We are currently seeking a System Administrator Level 2 who will respond to technical queries and issues, provide onsite (white-glove) support, resolve IT infrastructure issues promptly, and provide technical recommendations to staff/clients within New York City.We are only accepting System Administrator Level 2 applicants with previous MSP experience.System Administrator Level 2 Responsibilities:Effectively communicate with company clients and staff using internal communications guidelines and workflows on ticket status, next steps, progress, and resolutionHandle service tickets assigned by the client service coordinator and incoming calls to the service hotline.Fulfilling requests for moves, adds, and changesTroubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptlyPrioritizing your workload to ensure the most critical issues are resolved first.Document standard support
