Entry-Level Computer Operator / IT Operations Associate

• Monitor systems, applications, and technology platforms for issues and alerts
• Perform basic troubleshooting and support for desktops, applications, and operational systems
• Escalate technical issues to appropriate support teams
• Complete scheduled operational tasks and system checks
• Monitor automated jobs and file transfers

We are seeking an Entry-Level Computer Operator / IT Operations Associate to join a team responsible for monitoring and supporting critical business systems in a 24/7 enterprise environment. This role is ideal for recent graduates, technical school graduates, or candidates with customer service, help desk, desktop support, or technology experience looking to gain hands-on exposure to enterprise IT operations., * High school diploma required

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred
• 0-2 years of IT experience

• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule
