IT Specialist with a Focus on Support & Workplace

• You will be the first point of contact for our employees regarding IT questions and technical challenges.
• You will analyze and resolve issues in first-level support-both remotely and on-site.
• You will manage and monitor our IT systems and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
• You will administer users, permissions, and access rights.
• You’ll actively participate in IT projects, taking on your own tasks and responsibilities.
• You’ll manage our workplace environment-from Microsoft 365 accounts to smartphones, telephony, and workplace hardware.

Here’s what will impress us:

• You have completed an IT-related apprenticeship, such as an IT specialist for system integration, or hold a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you’ve already gained some professional experience in IT support, service desk, or system administration.
• You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ideally Entra ID as well.
• You enjoy analyzing technical problems, identifying root causes, and developing sustainable solutions.
• You communicate confidently and effectively in German (at least C1 level) and have a good command of English.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a focus on solutions.
• You stand out for your sense of responsibility, service orientation, and team spirit.
• You are open to new technologies and are committed to continuous professional and personal development.
