Desktop Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users in a hybrid work environment. This position is based in Dallas, TX and requires three days onsite and two days remote each week., * Provide desktop and end-user support for both Windows and macOS devices, including laptops, peripherals, printers, docking stations, and mobile accessories.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, VPN, connectivity, and application issues.
• Support employees both remotely and onsite while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Assist users with login issues, password resets, account lockouts, software requests, and access-related questions.
• Diagnose and resolve endpoint issues efficiently to minimize user downtime.
