IT Director

Lead a dedicated team of 25 IT professionals

• Develop and implement IT strategies to support the business goals

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department

• Manage IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

• Collaborate with the Group CTO within the parent company on IT initiatives and best practices

• Report directly to the CEO and provide regular updates on IT performance and projects

Proven experience as a Head of IT / IT Director or similar leadership role

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively, including DevOps and Helpdesk.
