1st Line Engineer

You will be customer facing to educate and onboard the technical side of the client process (not doing sales!), whilst supporting the service desk with 1st/2nd line tickets.

• Networking experience - Routers, Switches and Connectivity.
• Previous MSP experience is ideal. If not, you’d be comfortable on a busy service desk to quickly resolve tickets.
• Proficient experience within Windows and Mac environments.
• O365, SharePoint, Exchange and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Directory) experience.
• Good understand of documentation.
• Hardware knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Ninja RMM and Connectwise.
• Telephony.

• Broad experience within a managed service provider - enterprise projects, client-facing, deployment, infrastructure designs, security, cloud and much more.
