Data Management Co-ordinator

The main tasks will be

Coding and management of data quality for practice

Utilisation of IT systems within the practice

Seamless flow of medical information to clinicians whilst ensuring routine data entry is acted upon

Ensure all referrals are despatched efficiently and effectively

We are looking for someone who has IT and data quality experience; who is conscientious, flexible and hardworking. It is essential that the ideal candidate possesses a sound working knowledge of EMIS and Docman. You will also be required to be competent to use Microsoft Office packages for eg Word/Excel/Publisher and Powerpoint and should therefore be proficient in utilising these packages.

It is essential that you are able to manage your time effectively to undertake the various duties and tasks.

Aelfgar Surgery serves a population of around 7000 patients and we are looking to recruit an experienced individual to take on responsibility for the management of data flow whilst ensuring quality and patient specific queries are dealt with. This role will also encompass responsibility for providing administration support.
