Kundenberatung und - betreuung in technischen Fragen Erfassung und Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen Betreuung im Bereich individueller ERP-Lösungen Schulung der Kunden im Haus und vor Ort Erstellung von Datenanalysen mit Crystal Reports Prozess-, Programm- und Software-Dokumentation

Requirements

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung im IT Bereich Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der ERP-Beratung Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen Erfahrung im Modul Produktion Kommunikationsstärke, kundenorientierte Denkweise und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft Technische Affinität
