Betreuung der bestehenden Anwendungssoftware Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeiter bei Fragen und Anwendungsproblemen Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von ERP-gestützten Prozessen im Unternehmen Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern und Dokumentation

Requirements

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder informationstechnische Berufsausbildung Erste Kenntnisse in der Betreuung einer ERP-Software Gute IT-Kenntnisse und Verständnis für kaufmännische Prozesse Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und logisches Denkvermögen
