Kompetenter Ansprechpartner in allen IT-Fragen des täglichen Betriebs Betreuung und Beratung der Anwender vor Ort Verwaltung der Arbeitsplatzsysteme sowie von mobilen Endgeräten Problemmanagement Unterstützung bei der Störungsbehebung

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich Erfahrung im Großkundenumfeld Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Notebooks, Clients, Druckern und Clientbetriebssystemen Gute Kenntnisse in den MS Office Anwendungen Selbstständige, vorrausschauende Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Serviceorientierung
