Systems Engineer

We are seeking Systems Engineers to support IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, and hardware within an Agile environment., * Perform Windows and Linux system administration.

• Automate server administration and deployment using scripting.
• Perform system patching and maintenance.
• Support users and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Design and implement new system capabilities.
• Maintain networks and data storage to support high availability.
• Support IT infrastructure security and hardening.
• Work as part of an Agile/Scrum systems administration team.

Systems Engineering, Systems Administration/Management, Systems Engineering, Agile Programming Methodologies, Technical Support, Network System Hardware, Information Technology & Information Systems, Linux Administration, Microsoft Windows System Administration, Scripting (Scripting Languages), * Active Top Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain/maintain SCI clearance.

• Active DoD IAT Level II certification such as Security+.
• 3+ years of IT administration experience.
• Experience managing hypervisors such as:
• VMware
• Hyper-V
• Red Hat OpenStack
• Scripting experience with Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar.
• Experience with RHEL 9, Windows 11, and Windows Server 2022.
• Experience managing network equipment.
• Experience with IT system security hardening.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy.

Desired Skills

• Automation using Ansible or Terraform.
• Cisco Client knowledge.
• Knowledge of OSI/TCP-IP models.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
