Software Developers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

Monitor and maintain production applications and services, ensuring application availability, stability, and reliable operation.

Investigate production incidents, analyze logs, debug application issues, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions to resolve defects and minimize service disruptions.

Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, operational runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and support procedures to improve incident resolution and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with business users, infrastructure teams, developers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues, communicate incident status, and support ongoing application maintenance.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

Experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise applications in production environments, including application maintenance, incident response, root-cause analysis, debugging, and technical documentation.

Technical Skills:

.NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, Production Support, Incident Management, Root-Cause Analysis, Log Analysis, Application Debugging, Azure DevOps, Technical Documentation

Business / Domain Skills:

Experience supporting business-critical enterprise applications and services in production environments where application stability, availability, and operational continuity are important.

Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.

Experience collaborating with business users, application support teams, infrastructure teams, and technical stakeholders to resolve production issues and communicate service status.

Experience documenting application dependencies, support procedures, incident resolution steps, and operational processes to improve support consistency and knowledge transfer.

Communication:

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation:

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., Experience supporting production .NET applications and resolving application defects in enterprise environments.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools and software delivery processes.
