Ansprechpartner/in für Kunden bei allen technischen Fragen Erfassung im Ticketsystem und selbstständige Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen Analyse und Behebung von Fehlermeldungen Installation und Konfiguration von Software Dokumentation von aufgetretenen Fehlersituationen

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/r Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support Kenntnisse im Windowsumfeld Kommunikationsstärke sowie hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung Hohe technische Affinität
