Annahme und Weiterleitung von Störungsmeldungen Kundenberatung und -Betreuung zu Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten von Kundenanforderungen Administration und z.T. Konfiguration der Software

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich oder abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich des technischen Supports Gute Kenntnisse der Betriebssysteme Windows XP, Windows 7 und Linux Grundkenntnisse in JavaScript und HTML erforderlich Kenntnisse im Bereich Hard- und Software und Netzwerk Selbstständige, vorrausschauende Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
