Test Lead

The Test Lead will manage end-to-end testing for the Medical Cannabis Patient Registry modernization, Patient Portal, security integrations, data migration, accessibility, and production readiness., Prepare the integrated test strategy and cycle plans, manage QA and integration testing, maintain requirements-to-test traceability, coordinate defect triage and retesting, oversee migration and accessibility testing, prepare VPAT evidence, coordinate pilot testing, lead UAT alongside the GDPH Project Manager, and prepare testing and production-readiness reports.

• 7+ years leading enterprise QA and testing.
• System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Regression testing, UAT, and defect management.
• Oracle APEX application testing preferred.
• Government or healthcare portals, accessibility compliance, and external integration testing preferred.

Key Technical Skills
