Salesforce Agent Force Architect

• 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce implementation and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce security.
• Experience with Prompt Builder, generative AI, and LLM-powered applications.
• Knowledge of Agentforce topics, instructions, actions, and agent orchestration.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) concepts.
• Strong understanding of identity management, permissions, data access, and AI guardrails.
• Excellent communication, solution design, and stakeholder management skills., * Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI and automation solutions.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Salesforce DX, Git, and DevOps practices.
