IT Specialist

• Plan and manage how IT performance data and reports are used across the business.
• Manage Global Service Management data, ensuring it is accurate, secure, and cost-effective.
• Lead contract engineers who build data and reports, and review their work.
• Establish a clear process for requesting reports, with fair prioritization and regular updates.
• Work with IT service teams to agree on metrics and drive continuous improvement.

• A degree in a related subject, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years experience in IT performance, service management, data, or IT operations, including managing suppliers or contract teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workload planning, and communication skills, including with senior stakeholders.
• Skills in data governance, setting measures, data quality, and reporting, with some knowledge of IT service data.
• Desirable: experience with Power BI and Databricks, ITIL, and working in a large, regulated global company.
• Entitlement to work in the UK is essential.
• The role may be subject to a satisfactory basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

We are recruiting for an IT Performance Analytics Lead on a 12-month contract with a company in the animal health and pharmaceutical industry. Our client develops innovative solutions to protect and enhance animal health. The role is hybrid, with two days a week in the office in Hook, Hampshire. The rate is £24.26-£32.31 per hour PAYE, depending on experience.
