Job description

1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Anwender im Hard- und Softwarebereich Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen Betreuung und Einrichtung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen und mobilen Endgeräten Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Rollouts Pflege der IT-Dokumentation

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support und in der Administration von IT-Systemen Gute Kenntnisse in Windows- und MS Office-Umgebungen Serviceorientiertes Denken und Kommunikationsstärke Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
