Job description

Unterstützung bei der Kundenberatung zur Optimierung der laufenden Prozesse Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Software nach branchenspezifischen Anforderungen und Kundenwunsch Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden sowie den internen Fachabteilungen Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen zur Softwarenutzung Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung und Koordination der Kundenprojekte

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Hochschulstudium im informationstechnischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich Erste Berufserfahrung im ERP-Umfeld Kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise Sicherer Umgang mit verschiedenen Betriebssystemen, insbesondere Windows Freundliches Auftreten und Spaß am Kundenkontakt
