Job description

User Helpdesk Erfassung, Identifizierung und Behebung eingehender IT-Störungen Betreuung des Dokumenten-Management-Systems sowie des MS Exchange Server Unterstützung bei der Umstrukturierung der Windowsdomäne Installation und Konfiguration von Software

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support im Windowsumfeld (Server 2003, 2008R2, 2012) Datenbankkenntnisse wünschenswert (Oracle, MS SQL) Sehr gute Kenntnisse über gängige Hard- und Software Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
