  • 1st-Level Support und Unterstützung des 2nd-Level Supports
  • Aufnahme und Analyse von IT-Störungen
  • Beschaffung, Betreuung und Einrichtung von Soft- und Hardware
  • Benutzerverwaltung (Active Directory/Exchange)
  • Unterstützung bei verschiedenen IT-Projekten

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbar
  • Gute Kenntnisse mit Microsoft Betriebssystemen und Office
  • Erfahrung in der Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software, sowie mit Netzwerken
  • Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
