EUC / Deskside Support Engineer - L1

We are looking for an experienced EUC / Deskside Support Engineer - L1 to provide onsite IT support to end users in Puch bei Hallein. The role will focus on Windows desktop support, Microsoft 365, hardware/software troubleshooting, device deployment, and workplace technology support., * Provide L1 EUC / Deskside support for Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.

• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, MS Office, Teams, OneDrive, VPN, printing and scanning issues.
• Perform hardware break-fix, device swaps, IMAC activities, installations, and upgrades.
• Support Intune, Autopilot and Windows imaging/deployment activities.
• Assist with data migration and OneDrive-related activities.
• Provide basic network/server troubleshooting and hands-and-feet support.
• Support VIP users, meeting rooms, business events, and technology rollouts.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate equipment loans/returns.
• Manage tickets, document activities, provide status updates, and ensure timely closure.

• 3+ years of experience in EUC, Desktop, Deskside, or IT Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Office / Teams.
• Experience with Intune / Autopilot / Windows Imaging.
• Knowledge of OneDrive and O365 data migration.
• Hardware troubleshooting experience, preferably Dell desktops/laptops.
• Experience with printers, scanners and peripherals.
• Knowledge of VPN and basic networking.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• German and English language skills required.
• Valid work authorization in Austria.

• Basic SCCM/MECM knowledge.
• Office 2016 MSI deployment/upgrades.
• Windows 10/11 certification.
• Mac/iOS support experience.
• Plant, refinery, manufacturing, or chemical-park experience.
