Junior Hardware Technician/ Computer Technician

• Configure and prepare enterprise servers for testing.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and configuration issues.
• Perform system diagnostics, failure analysis, and basic root cause investigation.
• Run commands, scripts, firmware updates, and configuration checks.
• Perform hardware repairs and replace faulty components.
• Monitor test progress and document/escalate technical issues.
• Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

• Hands-on experience or strong technical background in computer/server hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to diagnose hardware issues and follow technical procedures.
• Technical school certification required.
• Associate degree or CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+ preferred.
• Server, data center, electronics, or manufacturing test experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift equipment up to 30 lbs., * hardware troubleshooting : 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CompTIA A+ (Preferred)
