Durchführung des 2nd Level Supports Unterstützung bei der Systembetreuung und -administration Installation, Konfiguration und Überwachung von Windows-Systemen Planung und Implementierung von Sicherheitslösungen Installation von Hard- und Software

Requirements

Abgeschlossene informationstechnische Berufsausbildung Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Support Gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (Exchange, Firewall) Erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Virtualisierung Freundliches Auftreten sowie hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
