Zuständigkeit für den 1st und 2nd Level Support Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung der eingehenden Störungsmeldungen (Remote und Vor-Ort-Support) Softwareinstallation sowie Durchführung von Roll-Outs Ticketerstellung oder -bearbeitung Analyse und Dokumentation von aufgetretenen Fehlersituationen

Requirements

Abgeschlossenes Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bankwesen Kenntnisse im Bereich Virtualisierung Technisches Verständnis sowie generelle IT-Affinität Selbstständige, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
