Verantwortlich für die Anwenderbetreuung und die Systemadministration Annahme und Analyse der eingehenden Support-Anfragen sowie Lösung der auftretenden Probleme Dokumentation der Vorgehensweise Verantwortlich für die Rollout-Planung bei Kundenprojekten Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung der internen IT-Infrastruktur

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und/oder Studium im Bereich Informatik Fundierte Berufserfahrung im IT-Support Sehr gute CRM-Kenntnisse sowie der gängigen Hard- und Software Gute Englischkenntnisse Zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Serviceorientierung Reisebereitschaft
