Zuständigkeit für den 1st und 2nd Level Support Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung der eingehenden Störungsmeldungen (Remote und Vor-Ort-Support) Durchführung von Roll-Outs Austausch, Wartung und Beschaffung von Hardware und Peripherie Softwareinstallation sowie die Durchführung von Updates

Requirements

Abgeschlossenes Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich Erste Berufserfahrung im Support Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Bereitschaft für flexible Arbeitszeiten Selbstständige, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
