People Change Management Partner

Working closely with senior leaders, HR colleagues, trade unions and external stakeholders, you will provide specialist HR advice and project management support to deliver workforce transformation in line with employment legislation, NHS policies and best practice., * Coordinate and deliver people change projects and clinical service redesign.

• Provide expert HR advice on organisational change, employment law and workforce matters.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, manage risks and prepare reports.
• Engage with managers, staff-side representatives and key stakeholders.
• Support consultation, implementation and the delivery of workforce efficiencies.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive People Change Management Partner to support the delivery of organisational change and clinical service redesign across University Hospitals Tees., * Significant HR experience within a complex organisation.

• Experience of organisational change, project management or service redesign, ideally within the NHS.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and change management processes.
• Excellent communication, influencing, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Degree-level education or equivalent demonstrable experience; CIPD membership or equivalent relevant experience.
