You’ll provide hands-on technical support to users and client environments, troubleshooting a range of Microsoft and Windows-related issues. • Previous experience within IT Support, Service Desk or a similar technical support role
• Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Experience with Intune, Entra ID, Azure or PowerShell would be beneficial
• An interest in scripting and automation
• MSP or multi-client experience would be advantageous but isn’t essential
• Someone keen to learn and develop their technical skills

You don’t need experience with every technology listed. This role would suit someone with a solid support background who is looking for a position where they can develop further into Microsoft cloud technologies and automation.
