Job description

Erste Ansprechperson bei User-Anfragen rund um das ERP-System Umfassende Betreuung der Anwender im 1st und 2nd Level Support im Rahmen des ERP-Systems Verwaltung der Systemberechtigungen sowie Pflege der Warengruppen Schulung der Anwender im ERP-Systems sowie Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Leitfäden Mitarbeit an Projekten mit Bezug zum ERP-System

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder informationstechnische Berufsausbildung Erste Berufserfahrungen im oben genannten Aufgabengebiet Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen sowie SAP Hohe technische Affinität und analytisches Denkvermögen Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Serviceorientierung
