CRM support: act as a first point of contact for users of the CRM system, answering queries, resolving issues, maintaining data quality and helping people get the most from it.

We are happy to hear from recent graduates as well as those with practical experience.
-
A genuine interest in data, systems and solving business problems with technology.
-
Good organisation and the ability to manage several tasks and requests at once.
-
Clear written and spoken communication, with the confidence to support non-technical colleagues patiently.
-
A methodical, accurate approach and good attention to detail.
-
A willingness to learn and to pick up new tools and systems quickly.
Desirable skills & experience
-
A qualification in a relevant subject such as computing, information systems, data or another numerate discipline.
-
Exposure to SQL and working with databases.
-
Some experience of data analysis and reporting tools (for example Excel, Power BI or similar).
-
Familiarity with CRM, ERP or EPOS systems.
-
Experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
-
An interest in, or early experience with, automation and AI tools.
Benefits & conditions
-
A broad, hands-on role with genuine variety and real responsibility from early on.
-
The chance to shape a brand-new position and make it your own.
-

Pay: From £28,177.50 per year
Benefits:
- Company events
