Job description

Überblick Siemens Energy sucht eine Person als Global Process Lead - Service. Du arbeitest im Bereich Serviceprozesse. Du brauchst Erfahrung in Serviceprozessmanagement und ERP-Transformation. Wichtig sind SAP-Kenntnisse und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Teamarbeit und analytisches Denken sind ebenfalls wichtig. Erstellt mit künstlicher Intelligenz

A Snapshot of Your Day As the Global Process Lead - Service at Transformation of Industry (TI), you align the TI service process template with the corporate SAP S/4HANA standard and safeguard fit to standard decisions (adopting standard capabilities with minimal customization). You serve as TI’s voice to the corporate template team, shaping divisional requirements and compliant extensions/variants across Long Term Service (contracted service agreements), Field/On Site Service, Digital/Remote Services, Installed Base & Warranty, and Service to Cash (from service delivery to billing). A major focus over the next years is our multi year SAP R/3 * S/4HANA greenfield upgrade, migrating 100+ companies across 20 SAP systems-you drive TI’s service readiness and template adoption while advising the Program Management Office (PMO) and rollout Project Managers. Because Salesforce holds our installed base and supports quoting/CPQ, you ensure robust SAP-Salesforce process and data integration in the end to end service flow.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Own the TI end to end Service process and divisional template-define standards, controls, KPIs, and guard fit to standard with clear exception governance
  • Interface with the corporate S/4HANA template team-capture TI requirements, author/approve template change requests, and design compliant variants/extensions, aligned with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Salesforce
  • Translate TI Service strategy into a prioritized divisional backlog and sign off process design/configuration, including key data objects and migration guardrails
  • Lead the TI Service key user community-own standards, Business Process Procedures (BPPs), training content, and data quality/adoption metrics
  • Run fit/gap and readiness assessments and maintain a measurable continuous improvement pipeline; provide expert guidance to rollout teams

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years in Service process management and ERP enabled transformation with global exposure (preferably in Manufacturing or Engineering companies)
  • Deep SAP proficiency: SAP R/3 Customer Service (S/4HANA Service desirable) with integration across Sales, Logistics, and Finance; working knowledge of Salesforce highly valued
  • Template governance expertise-collaboration with central template teams, change control processes, and variant/extension design within SAP Activate / fit to standard methodologies
  • Strong influence and communication skills for matrixed, multicultural environments and senior stakeholder engagement across Business and IT
  • Analytical, value driven mindset-define KPIs, interpret performance data, and deliver measurable improvements; understanding of Master Data Governance (MDG), data migration concepts, and API based SAP-Salesforce integrations
