Requirements

• 10+ years of overall Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Benefits implementations
• Mandatory K-12 project experience
• Experience with Benefits configuration, requirements gathering, solution design, testing & deployment
• Strong experience preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for integrations and reports
• Experience working with technical teams and third-party integration vendors
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills, * 8+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Benefits module
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud Benefits applications in production environment
• Handson experience with incident resolution, enhancements, troubleshooting, and functional analysis
• Experience with Benefits business processes, configurations, testing, and user suppot
• Ability to work with business users, technical teams, and vendors
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• K-12 / Public Sector experience preferred
