Job description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, configuration, testing, and HR/Benefits modules. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with at least one Federal Oracle HCM Cloud implementation., * Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud HR and Benefits modules.

Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Support implementation activities from requirements through deployment.
Work closely with HR, Benefits, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Support UAT, production deployment, and post-production activities.
Provide functional guidance and best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud., * Federal Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation + 5+ years Oracle HCM Cloud + HR/Benefits/BenAdmin + 15+ years Oracle ERP experience.

Requirements

15+ years of Oracle ERP experience across Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, and/or PeopleSoft.
5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.
Minimum 1 Federal Oracle HCM Cloud implementation is required.
Strong functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Benefits.
Hands-on experience with Benefits Administration (BenAdmin).
Experience in HCM configuration, testing, integrations, and functional support.
Ability to work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
Experience preparing functional documentation, test cases, and supporting UAT.
Strong understanding of HR business processes and Oracle HCM Cloud functionality.
