Warehouse Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support inventory control activities in a warehouse and production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, maintaining inventory accuracy, processing inventory documentation, and supporting daily warehouse operations., * Perform daily inventory cycle counts and audits.

• Verify inventory quantities and report discrepancies.
• Complete daily Item Count Requests (ICRs) accurately and on time.
• Prepare Return to Stock (RTS) documentation.
• Process inventory adjustments and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare disposal shipments according to customer requirements.
• Use RF scanners and computer systems to track inventory.
• Support warehouse and production inventory needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow cGMP, food safety, and quality procedures.
• Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to meet daily goals.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of inventory control experience.
• Minimum 6 months of forklift operating experience.
• Current forklift certification required.
• Experience using RF scanners and basic computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately perform inventory counts and maintain records.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
