Professionelle Beratung und Unterstützung von Kunden bei der Einführung und Nutzung der individuellen Softwarelösungen Erfassung und Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen Erkennen von Optimierungspotenzialen sowie Ausarbeitung von Verbesserungen Durchführung von Schulungen Prozess-, Programm- und Software-Dokumentation

Requirements

Abgeschlossenes informationstechnisches Hochschulstudium oder Berufsausbildung Erste Beratungserfahrung wünschenswert Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen sowie hohe technische Affinität Kommunikationsstärke Kundenorientierte Denkweise und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
