Business Development Representative - Managed IT Services

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing relationships with existing clients. Your focus will be on promoting our comprehensive range of IT services, including managed IT support, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and more., * Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Conduct client needs assessments and present tailored IT solutions
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance targets
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems

• Proven success in B2B sales; experience in IT services or technology sales is a strong plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand client business needs and offer strategic solutions
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Familiarity with Managed Services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and/or IT support services is preferred but not required
