Computer Literacy Information Sciences Network Protocols Connectivity Problems Software Troubleshooting Peripherals

Configure, install, deploy, and validate computers, peripherals, and other technical equipment.
Provide on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics for hardware, software, security, and network connectivity issues.
Research, identify, and resolve technical problems in a timely and effective manner.
Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
Maintain accurate inventory records for hardware, peripherals, and related equipment.
Follow established technology standards, procedures, and security policies.
Support users across multiple business or educational locations, as required.

Associate degree in Information Sciences or Technology, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of progressive IT support experience; clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of computers, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, software, and networking protocols.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable supporting employees at all organizational levels.
Professional, courteous, and service-oriented approach to technical support.
Ability to travel between multiple locations, depending on assignment requirements.
