Business Central / Dynamics NAV Application Support Specialist

• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV applications.
• Assist with Finance and SCM modules, including purchasing, inventory, sales, and reporting.
• Investigate application issues and resolve production support tickets.
• Support integrations, workflows, reports, and application performance.
• Assist with NAV-to-Business Central migrations and system upgrades.
• Work with SQL Server, logs, and traces to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BC/NAV applications, production support, and problem-solving in a customer-facing environment., * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.

• Knowledge of Finance and SCM modules.
• Experience supporting business applications in production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BC/NAV on-premises or BC Online.
• Knowledge of RDLC reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with SQL Server and application performance troubleshooting.
• Exposure to NAV-to-BC or GP-to-BC migrations.
• Familiarity with Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, IIS, and Microsoft 365.
