Job description

• Provide customer-focused technical assistance by phone and in person, emphasizing electronic troubleshooting.
• Help dealers diagnose machine issues, resolve complaints, and answer technical questions.
• Perform product inspections to support quality assurance.
• Travel approximately 10%, potentially internationally, for installations and training.
• Document and track service calls.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production Planning, and Marketing/Sales to improve equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
• Help plan and conduct technical service training sessions.
• Write clear repair procedures.

Requirements

• At least one year of electronics experience through hobbies, education, or professional work.
• Experience troubleshooting electronic systems and reading electrical schematics.
• Experience using hand tools to work on machines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach., * College coursework or a degree focused on electronics.
• Experience with automated machinery using electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Phone-based technical support involving machinery.
• Machine inspection or quality assurance experience., You should be proficient in:
