• 2 years of technical operations support experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Office, and Windows, * Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related field
• Or 2 years of job-related work experience
• CompTIA A+ Certification, The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in technical operations support and be proficient in using Microsoft Teams, Office, and Windows. They should be capable of obtaining a low-level U.S. security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship and a thorough background screening. An Associate Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is necessary.

The hourly rate for this position is $27.18.
