Are you passionate about driving real change in organizations - not just designing it, but making it stick?
We’re looking for a Senior Adoption & Change Management (ACM) Consultant to lead high-impact transformation programs and help our clients successfully adopt new technologies, processes, and ways of working.
This is a senior, high-visibility role where you will operate with strong autonomy, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping new business opportunities., * Own and deliver end-to-end change and adoption strategies across complex transformation programs
- Drive user adoption and ensure new ways of working are effectively embedded
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level
- Facilitate executive workshops, steering committees, and key decision forums
Operate as a trusted advisor
- Bring structure and clarity to complex change environments
- Define stakeholder strategies, communication plans, and adoption roadmaps
- Anticipate risks, manage resistance, and secure leadership alignment
- Track adoption and translate insights into concrete business outcomes
Contribute to business growth (key part of the role)
- Support presales activities: client discussions, opportunity shaping, and proposal creation
- Contribute to statements of work and commercial offers
- Identify upsell opportunities within ongoing engagements
- Help build and strengthen our ACM offering and thought leadership
Enable excellence
- Coach clients and guide junior consultants on best practices
- Adapt approaches depending on client culture, maturity, and transformation context
Requirements
Do you have experience in Leadership?, * 5+ years of experience in change management, adoption, or transformation consulting
- Proven ability to lead engagements autonomously in client-facing environments
- Strong experience engaging senior leadership and C-level stakeholders
- Exposure to or involvement in presales / business development activities
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and consulting skills
- Fluent in French and English, * Prosci / ADKAR or other change management certifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, CRM, or AI-driven transformations
- Experience in international / multi-country transformation programs
- Experience mentoring or coaching consultants
