Mailing Data Specialist / Excel Specialist

• Receive, organize, and review customer mailing lists.
• Use Excel to clean, format, sort, merge, and verify data.
• Identify duplicate records, missing information, and inconsistencies.
• Prepare mailing files according to customer instructions and production requirements.
• Process mailing lists through BCC Mail Manager.
• Coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure accurate job completion.
• Maintain organized files and clear job documentation.

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Data Specialist to prepare and process customer mailing lists for direct mail production. This position is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills who enjoys working with data, takes pride in accuracy, and is looking for a long-term opportunity., * Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, sorting, filtering, lookups, and working with large datasets.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience with BCC Mail Manager and the bulk mail/direct mail industry is a major plus, including familiarity with address standardization, NCOA, CASS, presorting, and USPS mailing requirements.

$22 - $30 p/hour depending on experience.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
