Data Analyst

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL databases, ETL processes, and data analytics tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other reporting tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform analysis, and translate business needs into technical specifications for data models and visualizations.
• Conduct database design and query management on SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases to optimize data retrieval processes.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows using scripting languages such as Python, R, Bash (Unix shell), or VBA to streamline data processing tasks.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle analysis (SDLC) to ensure data solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with project goals within an Agile environment.
• Support the creation of business intelligence solutions by analyzing requirements, designing data models, and developing dashboards that facilitate strategic insights.

• Proven experience with SQL query management and database design across SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for dashboard development and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes using Talend or similar tools to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
• Knowledge of programming languages including Python and R for advanced data analysis and automation tasks.
• Familiarity with analysis skills related to business intelligence, requirements analysis, and dashboarding best practices.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) within an Agile framework for project management and iterative delivery.
• Ability to perform Excel data analysis effectively using pivot tables, VBA macros, and advanced functions.
• Experience working with linked data sources for comprehensive analytics solutions.
• Strong business analysis skills to interpret complex datasets into clear insights for stakeholders.
