Requirements
- 6+ years of Network Infrastructure / Network Technician experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment
- Experience with Fiber Optic and Copper Cabling
- Experience with Racking, Stacking, Cabling & Decommissioning network hardware
- Experience with Routing, Switching, Firewalls and WiFi
- Experience troubleshooting network devices through Console/Remote access
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Knowledge of IP Telephony / Voice, RF and telecommunications systems
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity using Ping, DNS lookups and switch port identification
