Job description

You will join the Cloud & Platform Engineering team at MOIA, which connects the workforce through digital technologies and the best-in-breed workplace solutions. We have MDM in place, using Okta for identity management and Microsoft 365 and Slack to collaborate. We run everything in the cloud, avoid on-premises hardware, and we use SSO and MFA for all services wherever possible. This IT infrastructure provides a solid foundation for growth., * Support day-to-day IT requests and questions in our Hamburg office.

  • Assist with newbie onboarding and offboarding.
  • Contribute to Digital Workspace projects.
  • Monitor the IT Support queue for requests and resolve arising IT issues and questions.
  • Help with the audio-visual setup of bigger hybrid meetings and events., Are you curious, motivated, and eager to learn? So are we! Requirements

Do you have experience in macOS?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * You are currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s program.

  • To support your personal development and for you to take ownership of projects and processes, you should be enrolled for at least one year.
  • Previous experience with at least one of our key tech areas (Okta, MacOS, Jamf, M365, Atlassian suite).
  • Familiar with troubleshooting software and hardware issues in the MacOS / Apple environment .
  • Approachable, enjoys helping others with a solution-oriented attitude.
  • Motivated to learn and not afraid to offer ideas and try new approaches.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (C1).
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams for video conferencing and hybrid events is a plus.
