- Mount, terminate, and configure IP security and license plate recognition (LPR) cameras and bring them onto the site network.
- Troubleshoot cabling, switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and ISP connectivity.
- Install and support digital menu boards: displays, media players, and network connectivity. Confirm current pricing and promotions display correctly after changes.
- Perform preventive maintenance visits and proactive hardware replacement. Support new site openings, remodels, and technology rollouts.
- Support site Windows PCs, tablets, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 users.
- Document every job: close work orders with the condition, cause, and correction, and keep site configurations and equipment inventory current.
- Contribute market IT updates for monthly business reviews. Flag recurring issues and training gaps, and help write SOPs and train site teams on first-line troubleshooting.
- Assist the IT Support Manager with price changes, promotions, and code setup as needed.
- Take part in the weekend on-call rotation as needed.
Requirements

- Working knowledge of networking basics: IP addressing, switches, PoE, and Wi-Fi.
- Comfort supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, and iOS/Android devices.
- Clear communication with site managers and vendors, and disciplined documentation habits.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle.
Preferred
