Job description
- Deliver prompt and effective technical support to software users.
- Support desktop hardware maintenance, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and repairs.
- Proficient with databases (MS SQL, MySQL) and Microsoft web servers.
- Backup to in-field IT setup; installing systems and hands on maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience providing technical support for complex software systems.
- Knowledge of MS Windows client and server operating systems.
- Good knowledge of Windows print server management.
- T-SQL knowledge would be a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in technical troubleshooting support for software applications or hardware problems.
