Salesforce Agentforce Developer

Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex Visualforce and other technologies Create technical documentation for the company like user guides release notes and design documents Work collaboratively with technical teams to collect and document requirements for Salesforce solutions Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications Participate in code reviews to ensure that the best practices for the existing and new Salesforce solutions are implemented Creating custom solutions by designing and developing Salesforce applications Participate in the entire software development life cycle including requirements gathering design coding testing and deployment Supporting maintaining and improving the working of existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality Creating and maintaining integrations with other applications and systems using web services and APIs Collaborating with stakeholders and other developers to identify and implement improvements for the system Ensuring compliance with security and development standards of Salesforce Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY

Must have working knowledge of Agentforce Should have at least 8 years of Salesforce Experience Excellent Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Service Cloud features Should be able to recommend best practices around design and development Must be able to lead and mentor the team in designing and review of code guide and encourage the team to follow these best practices Should have hands working knowledge of various tools like LWC Aura Apex Visualforce etc Should have rich experience in data migration and working in a highly integrated enterprise application Maps the project life cycle with the project manager and Manages rollout and postdeliverable strategy Experience in planning estimation delivery model customer facing roles and effective client interaction skills, Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer I or II App Builder or Administrator Experience with web technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and jQuery Ability to work with Salesforce Community Cloud or other collaboration tools Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integrationdeployment CICD processes

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
