Job description

As a Developer specializing in the ServiceNow platform, you will be responsible for creating solutions within the ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) framework. Your main task will be to design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows to meet the needs of the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to leverage its capabilities to streamline processes and improve customer service. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects that directly impact the customer experience. Your expertise in the ServiceNow platform will be crucial in driving innovation and efficiency within the organization. As a Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing solutions that enhance customer service and support the overall business objectives. Requirements

Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, internal and external stakeholders, Here’s what you need:

  • Prior ServiceNow developer experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with ITSM and/or HRSD
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and/or CSS
